Amol Salunkhe is a seasoned and strategic Human Resources leader with nearly 20 years of experience across India and the Middle East. As the Director of Human Resources & Global Talent Strategy at Vardhamaan Consultancy Services, he plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s global workforce operations, recruitment strategies, and HR frameworks. Amol holds a Master’s degree in Labour Studies from MILS, Mumbai University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, equipping him with a strong foundation in labor relations, compliance, and organizational behavior. His career includes a notable 16-year tenure at Voltas (a Tata Group enterprise), where he led HR functions across multiple business units Unitary Products, Water Management, Landscaping & Irrigation Projects, Facilities Management, and MEP Turnkey Projects in both India and the Middle East Prior to Voltas, Amol contributed to HR operations at Ion Exchange and Gharda Chemicals, building a strong foundation in industrial relations, personnel management, and employee engagement.
